Manages cron on easyengine sites and host machine.
Jobs run from EasyEngine’s global cron scheduler container (services_global-cron_1), which ee cron create starts when needed. A site job runs in the site’s PHP container. A host job runs as root inside the scheduler container, not on the server itself, so it can’t run WP-CLI, PHP or Docker. For scripts that must run on the server, use the system crontab.
