1. My plan upgrade failed. What should I do?

This usually happens due to a declined or incomplete payment.
Try using another card or payment method. Or contact your bank for any restrictions on your card.
If it still fails, share a screenshot of the error, and we’ll assist with resolving it.

2. How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime from Billing → Plans.

3. How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Go to Billing → Plans to view all available plans and switch as needed.
Plan changes take effect immediately.

4. What happens if I exceed my plan’s site limit?

You’ll see a prompt to upgrade your plan.
Your existing sites remain active. Plan exceeded; site/server status will be updated to ‘Locked.’ Management of these via the dashboard will be restricted, and you won’t be able to create new ones until you upgrade your current plan.
