Subscription & Usage-Based Billing
- Free Plan: 1 Server, 2 Sites – we offer a Free Plan, so users can explore our service before upgrading. No charges will be applied for this.
- Subscription Plans: Our paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund under the following conditions:
Technical Issues – If you experience service interruptions due to platform failures that cannot be resolved.
Accidental Charges – If you were mistakenly charged due to a system error.
Non-Refundable Cases
Partial Usage – We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused subscription time.
Auto-Renewals – Refunds are not provided for forgotten cancellations before renewal. To avoid charges, you must cancel before the billing cycle ends. Our system sends an email reminder before each monthly renewal.

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
